Ahh, I started running again on Monday, in hopes I would experience the wonderful feeling you always read about in the aerobics books. Hah, I've got nothing but sore musles, and that comforting feeling that it takes me longer to run a mile than it should, for my age group.
Oh well, I guess I'll start again next Monday :)
Tomorrow we should be cutting firewood! Such a joyous job, actually warms you up twice, while you cut/stack it, and when you burn it!
