In four days from now I will be sitting in a classroom playing my scales, a sightreading piece, and my solo, the 1st movement of Flor Peeters Sonata. It will be the second audition I've done in two years.
I was going to write something here about how it was last year, but I read it through, and I couldn't believe how boring it sounded!!
So, I won't say anything further about the audition, I'll just let you all know if I made it or not.
It's been really cold here, it hit 16 on Sunday morning, and it's been around 25 at night, and under 40 during the day. Brrr! I'm already waiting for summer, I prefer it to any of the other seasons. However, the changes are nice, it makes you appreciate your favorite season more. I think the reason I like summer is because in the winter it's so hard to have a spontaneous conversation outside. No chatting with the neighbors late into the night, no more open windows. Just snow (fun!) and cold (no fun). But, I shouldn't complain. I know I would miss it if I wasn't here.
This is all for now. My counter has gone up to 2 hits per day!!!! So, I'll catch you two later, and please no one else come, you know, two's company, three's a crowd. Hahahah, JUST KIDDING! I would love for any visitor here to come back and visit...
