I really can't believe how fast I forget what I was going to say. I think I owe my readers (who come from 10 different time zones!!!) more than a synopsis of my life.

However I'm not one of those people who can sit down and write glorious essays that capture the very essence of the idea to be explained, all while keeping their reader interested.

I am REALLY pleased with my counter results. My 'readership' has grown from 3 per day to 5 per day. I also see that many are not in the US, which is pretty cool (national coverage!!!).

I suppose since the news stations are covering the cold weather I can cover it also. It is very cold here. I think these are the coldest temperatures I've ever experienced here in New England. You have to pretty much cover all your skin, wear several layers of clothes, and do a lot of stamping around to keep warm. I would rather be out bringing in firewood than be outdoors standing still.
A strange thing happens once the temp drops below 5 or so. When you breathe in, the inside of your nose freezes, when you exhale, or stop breathing in, it 'thaws'. It feels very strange, like a tight feeling in your nose. Of course it can be avoided by breathing into a scarf, but it's very annoying!
One of the things I am waiting for -when all this goes away and spring comes- is to be able to brush up against a car and not get white stuff (salt) all over me. It's a pain when you're dressed up for a concert and you accidentally touch a car.

I'm working on a big project right now, although I can't divulge the details right now I will post here as soon as it's completed.
