Today we have 6 finished bunks, plus an unfinished bathroom and bunk. We're supposed to leave next week, but it seems like it's going to take a lot longer to finish. And the longer I sit here at the computer blogging, the longer it will take :D

The cold weather has done something to me, I'm pretty comfortable in 40 degree weather with a tee-shirt, sweatshirt and jeans. Even 35 feels mild. 50 is swimming weather. (hahaha, just kidding :)

How strange can carpenter terms be? Here are a few I've learned the past few weeks. Hole saw, saber saw, tapping (for screws), shims, and cleats. A hole saw cuts round holes (!!!), saber saw is like a handheld power jigsaw, tapping makes threads for screws, shims are anything you put underneath something to balance it, such as a board that doesn't sit right on the floor, cleats are boards you attatch to the wall, so that something can be supported by them. How vague can I be?!! lol.

Well I've got to get back to the bus. These days it's sleep, workout, eat, work on the bus, practice, eat, work on the bus, eat, surfing the net, sleeping, workout, etc etc. In a few days it should be sleep, eat, sleep, eat, swim, tan, eat, sleep, etc etc :D
