I just came back from a short run. I went to bad rather late last night, but this morning I woke up at 4:30 and felt very awake, so I figured instead of going back to bed and getting up an hour later, I could just go running then and come back and go online and then just go and be lazy for a few minutes. So...I'm on my way to the shower, but I just wanted to make some remarks.
#1, if it's going to be hot out during the day, and you aren't a accomplished runner, run before the sun gets up.
#2. It's so thrilling to catch a sunrise. Everyone experiences the day-night change during the PM hours, but not as many catch night-day changes. Without something to do for the minutes it takes to wait for one, it can get boring, which is why I don't get up early unless I run :)
I wanted to link to this post by my friend Kevin. Give it a good read.
