Last week I weighed myself on the scale, I was 187. This week I weighed myself and I weighed 124. It would appear I have lost 63 pounds in a week. Actually not, since the first scale is terribly broken :D

I put in a mile this morning and said to myself, why should I stop now? So I walked a few yards and then started running home, and made it almost the whole second mile. My chest started hurting, so I stopped. Nothing serious, but no point in pushing myself until I hurt.

And what exactly is the difference between running and jogging? I only averaged 5.7 mph this morning, with my max. being 10.5. It took 21 minutes to run/walk/jog just over two miles. Hm.
